Customer Retention with Quiet Windows

I visited the Terrace Station apartment project in Mountlake Terrace when it was getting finished; this is a large scale MUD project for which Northwest Partners, LLC provided windows and other building materials for. This is a project that immediately abuts Interstate 5. The west elevation is 50 feet from the new light rail being erected and just 100 feet from 8 lanes of heavy traffic.

I was amazed

Now that the handles are installed on the windows we were able to perform our informal sound test and create a short video. I was again amazed at how quiet the apartment unit was with the window closed and equally amazed at how noisy the unit was with the window open.
